If you need a refund or exchange, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we won’t be able to process any refunds or exchanges.
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s an issue with your item—whether it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong one—reach out to us right away so we can make things right.
Since all products are made on demand just for you, refunds or replacements are only available if the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
But if you need a different size, we’re happy to help with an exchange. Just let us know, and we’ll sort it out for you. (Please note that design and color can’t be changed.)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
ALL EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST:
- Be unused, unwashed and in brand new condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Not have any strong smells, scents, perfumes or pet hair
You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item to us. Don’t worry though—shipping your replacement back to you is on us!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange and the status of the new product.
Payments will be refunded to the original form of payment or shop credit. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us help@unitedgrit.com
Send an e-mail to help@unitedgrit.com with your order number and the reason for your request (defective, damaged, wrong item) or the new size if it’s an exchange. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Please remember, items sent back without prior approval can’t be processed.
We no longer allow order changes to be made once an order has been placed. This includes changes to the order such as sizes/styles/colors, shipping address, payment methods- etc. Please double check your cart prior to placing your order.
Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to cancel an order for you if the order is still pending fulfillment. Once a pre-shipment label has been created your order cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests made after4pm on Friday cannot be honored as we are closed until Monday at 10am and it is possible your order will be shipped before the request is received by the fulfillment center.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout, we will gladly resend your package as soon as we receive it. There will be a $7.00 reshipment fee to cover the standard shipping cost.
